  • Cut two slices of ginger from the root about 2-3 mm thick.
  • Pour 2 cups of water into the pot and start to boil it.
  • When the water starts to boil, add the ginger.
  • Reduce the heat and let it brew for a few minutes.
  • Then take the pot off the heat, leave the ginger in the water for a few more minutes, strain, wait for it to cool and drink it.

Mint
