  • A bunch of celery (100 g)
  • 2 green apples
  • Fresh lemon juice (to taste)
  • Olive oil (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 5 walnuts
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped dried fruits or seeds (30 g)
  • Mayonnaise (to taste) – optional

A method of preparing

  1. Wash the celery stalks, remove leaves and dry parts, then cut into small pieces.
  2. Wash the apples thoroughly (if you don’t have green apples, you can also use red ones), cut them in half, remove the seed nests and dice them. Finally, sprinkle them with fresh lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
  3. Chop nuts and other favorite delicacies or seeds.
  4. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add finely chopped mint leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 small onion
  • ½ avocado
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 cups frozen prawns, peeled (300 g)
  • 10 crab sticks
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (60 g)
  • Salt (to taste)

A method of preparing

  1. Peel the apples and remove the sockets. Then cut them into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice so that they do not turn brown.
  2. Wash the celery stalks, remove the leaves and dry parts, and cut into small pieces (the same size as the apples).
  3. Then, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and remove the flesh. Also, dice it and sprinkle with lemon juice at the end. Set aside for a while.
  4. Now start cutting the onion. Try to chop it as finely as possible.
  5. Also cut the crab sticks into small pieces.
  6. Blanch the prawns so that they “whiten” a little. To do this, cook them for about a minute. Then pour ice water over them, then drain and cut into smaller pieces.
