Ingredients

  • 2 bars of neutral soap (500 g)
  • 1 cup of borax (200 g)
  • 2 cups of baking soda (400 g)
  • 20 drops of essential oil at your discretion
  • Water (essential)

Dishes

  • Kitchen grater
  • Medium pot
  • Protective gloves
  • Bucket
  • Wooden spoon
  • Empty liquid soap bottles

Preparation

  • Grate the soap bars on a kitchen grater.
  • Then put the grated soap into a pot of water and heat it.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon so that the mixture does not stick.
  • Wear protective gloves and mix the borax and baking soda separately.
  • Then add a mixture of water and melted soap and mix well.
  • When everything is dissolved, pour the soap into a bucket and add about 7 liters of water.
  • Continue stirring with a spoon until it dissolves well, and finally add the essential oil.
  • Once you have a homogeneous product, pour into empty bottles and store in a safe place.
  • If you wish, affix labels to the bottles indicating their contents.

Usage method

  • Shake the product well before use and place it in the detergent dispenser in the washing machine compartment.
