Parsley As A Way Of Discoloration

One of the most effective methods is  parsley .

If you have stains and discoloration on your skin, parsley is the solution. A tonic made of it  will help to brighten the skin for a flawless complexion.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of boiling water.
  • 2 tablespoons of dry, chopped parsley.
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.

A method of preparing

  • Pour 200 ml of water into a pot and bring it to a boil. We add two tablespoons of dried parsley. Simmer for a while and set aside to cool. Finally, add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and mix well.
  • We pour the ready mixture into the dispenser and sprinkle it on the face. We use it in the morning and evening.
  • You can keep the tonic in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
  • As we are talking about a natural product, the results are not visible after the first use. Patience will be the key here. Use the tonic regularly and the effects will appear after a few months.

If you want parsley to work even more effectively, you can use parsley tonic together with a mask that naturally whitens the skin. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients

  • Parsley – 1 large leaf.
  • A small teaspoon of squeezed lemon juice.
  • A spoon of honey.

A method of preparing

  • Soak the parsley in hot water, chop it finely, then crush it.
  • Put the parsley pulp into a dish, add lemon juice and honey. We mix all ingredients well. We put the prepared paste on the face.
  • Remember to wash your face well before applying the mask. Leave the preparation on the skin for about 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Lemon can cause irritation or burning, but only if you suffer from acne. Even if irritation does occur, it should only take a moment.
  • We use the mask at night. Citric acid can cause a reaction on the skin when exposed to sunlight.
  • After the set time has elapsed, wash off the mask with lukewarm water and apply a moisturizing cream.
  • In the case of acne skin, freckles or discoloration, we recommend using the treatment twice a week.
  • As in the previous case – parsley takes time to bring results. It is important that you be patient and consistent.
